I'm an electrical engineering student at San Jose State University, currently pursuing my Bachelor's of Science.
I've completed numerous technical projects on my own as well as with teams and in an academic setting, which you can explore at the navigation bar above or through links on my home page.
I'm excited to learn and create even more!
One of the most fun parts of being an engineer is the design process. It gets a little messy, a little quirky, a little wild -- but that's the heart of it. Whether I'm learning a new programming language, bringing sound waves to life with a mic and an oscilloscope, or designing a circuit board, the designer in me never stops creating.
But of course, after the design, something has to come of it. Even if the first rev is a hunk of junk, even if you used the wrong terminal block footprint and therefore had to solder LED strip wires directly to the PCB to test it (read: I did), at the end of the day I want to hold my brainchild in my hands.
I could never leave it at just one prototype, though. There's always more to add, always something that could be improved. Engineering a solution that's efficient and pretty takes more time than just that first rev, but that's the magic of it all. Design, make, reimagine, and repeat.
Outside of engineering, I'm a classically trained vocalist, contemporary pianist, and avid Dungeons and Dragons player.
